Why Did You Start Witness?

We founded WITNESS to create a Christian alternative to other popular canned water brands, while doing as much good in the world as we could achieve. We want a God centered brand, at the forefront of providing nourishment to your body, while He provides nourishment to your soul.

What Are Your Cans Made Out Of?

Our cans are made out of 100% recyclable aluminum. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, and can be reused for centuries to come. There is also a liner used to protect the water from the aluminum substrate, and protect the can from the water.

The liner is an epoxy-based coating formulated without BPA. It makes up only a small fraction of the bottle's total weight and is fully removed during the recycling process, ensuring it does not impact recyclability.

What Is The Shelf Life Of Witness Water?

The shelf life of WITNESS is 2 years. Since natural spring water doesn't expire, there is no expiration date. 2 years is the "Best By" date.

What Is The Difference Between Your Mackay, Idaho Spring And Your Marianna, Florida Spring?

Both spring sources are naturally alkaline, with a pH around 8.1, and have a comparable mineral makeup. However, the main distinction between them lies in their natural filtration methods, which are shaped by their distinct geographical settings. The water from the Rocky Mountains is filtered through ancient volcanic rock, whereas the water from the Apalachicola Forest passes through numerous layers of limestone rock.

What Is Natural Alkaline Water?

Alkaline water is defined as having a pH greater than 7.4. This occurs when water absorbs essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium from rocks while flowing through streams. These minerals naturally raise the pH, making the water alkaline.

A simple search will show that most bottled waters are acidic, with a pH lower than 7. In contrast, naturally alkaline water is extremely rare, accounting for less than 1% of the world's water. At WITNESS, we proudly can our naturally alkaline water, with a pH range of 8.1 to 8.5, directly at the source.

Do You Donate A Percentage of Your Profits to Charity?

Yes! We donate 50% of all of our profits to charities supporting pastoral health, mental health, disaster relief, children's health, missions and ministries. We also leverage our own charity the414.org , to donate water to those in need, or locations in desperate need of drinking water.
